It would have been helpful to have more regular updates about incidents happening at The Sett. It is probably too comfortable/relaxed to have an urgency to get discharged. Generally the staff were all lovely.

A white board in the lobby noting who is the nurse in charge for the parents and visitors.
As a new parent it would be nice if the senior nurse introduced themselves to us early in the stay.

The HCA's and nurses were amazing however the doctor did not listen and made discussions against both what I wanted and other professionals wanted.
